Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger furniture items.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
